崗位要求：
1、掌握數(shù)據(jù)分析基本原理與一些有效的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法，并能靈活運(yùn)用到工作中； 
2、對數(shù)據(jù)具有敏感度，能夠從海量數(shù)據(jù)中提取出關(guān)鍵信息，根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析提出業(yè)務(wù)改進(jìn)意見； 
4、熟練運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具、并掌握數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)的常用工具； 
5、熟練運(yùn)用圖表有效表達(dá)數(shù)據(jù)的分析觀點(diǎn)，使分析結(jié)果一目了然； 
6、良好的溝通交流能力，文字語言表達(dá)能力，較好的邏輯分析能力； 
7、有參與過數(shù)據(jù)分析項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)、有數(shù)據(jù)分析師執(zhí)業(yè)資格證優(yōu)先。 

崗位職責(zé)：
 
1、負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)的整理、校對、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析、核查、跟蹤工作； 
2、對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，發(fā)掘?qū)嶋H現(xiàn)象的潛在聯(lián)系及其本質(zhì)，為決策提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)、決策依據(jù)；
3、完成數(shù)據(jù)分析項(xiàng)目過程中的數(shù)據(jù)提取、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)展示工作及形成分析報(bào)告；
4、開發(fā)并持續(xù)完善公司各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模型，確保其準(zhǔn)確性、實(shí)用性及可衡量性。
