崗位描述
The Data Analyst will help track, evaluate and improve our online game. By using the vast amount of information available from extensive data and event logging, analytic reports will be able to provide almost immediate feedback on game performance and shed insight on the end user experience.
數(shù)據(jù)分析師能夠幫助追蹤、評估以及完善我們的游戲。通過利用從廣泛的外部數(shù)據(jù)以及時(shí)間記錄獲得的大量可用信息，分析師的報(bào)告幾乎能夠提供游戲表現(xiàn)的第一手反饋，在玩家體驗(yàn)方面也可以提供更多的幫助。
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop analysis and reporting tools to deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports and charts.
開發(fā)出能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)每日/每周/每月報(bào)告以及報(bào)告相關(guān)圖表的分析與報(bào)告工具。
Assess and provide possible solutions to current design to optimize ROI
評估并且提供可能的方案來對當(dāng)前的ROI設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。
Communicate to game leadership effectively on key metrics related to user behavior, user segmentation, virality, marketing campaigns and others
在有關(guān)玩家行為、玩家細(xì)分、游戲擴(kuò)散、營銷活動以及其他的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)方面與管理層進(jìn)行有效地溝通。
Perform ad hoc "what if" queries and investigations using existing data
運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)執(zhí)行特定的“如果…將會怎樣”的問詢以及調(diào)查。
Look for patterns of player behavior and other correlations related to time of day, day of week, national holidays, etc.
尋找玩家行為模式以及玩家每天的、每周的以及法定假日等等游戲時(shí)間的相關(guān)系數(shù)。
Work with internal teams to establish requirements for reporting and analysis, and to define the logging datapoints that are necessary to create those reports.
與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作確定報(bào)告以及分析的具體要求，并且明確創(chuàng)建這些報(bào)告需要的登錄數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)。
Assist in design and implementation of advanced statistical testing for custom problem- solving, like A/B testing.

REQUIREMENTS
崗位要求
Advanced statistical training and thorough practical experience modeling behavior from data.
經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的高級數(shù)據(jù)培訓(xùn)，擁有豐富的數(shù)據(jù)行為建模實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Knowledge of SQL, SAS/SPSS or programming languages useful to data retrieval and analysis.
對SQL、SAS/SPSS或者對數(shù)據(jù)檢索以及對分析有幫助的編程語言有一定的了解。
An avid player of MMORPGs and other games
MMORPG或者其他類型游戲的資深玩家。
Experience analyzing very large, multi-dimensional data sets using SQL, excel, statistical software, etc,
擁有運(yùn)用SQL、excel以及數(shù)據(jù)軟件分析大型的的多維數(shù)據(jù)集方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Excellent data reporting and presentation abilities.
很強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告以及陳述能力。
Strong self-management skills.
強(qiáng)大的自我管理能力。
A background in experimental psychology, cognitive science, human computer interaction, computer science, information science or related field.
擁有實(shí)驗(yàn)心理學(xué)，認(rèn)知心理學(xué)，人機(jī)交互，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)，信息科學(xué)以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的背景。
Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics etc)
