崗位職責：
1）負責項目的需求調研、數(shù)據(jù)分析、商業(yè)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型等，通過對運行數(shù)據(jù)進行分析挖掘背后隱含的規(guī)律及對未來的預測；
2）負責數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型的構建、維護、部署和評估。

任職要求：
1） 統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)學或計算機、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘專業(yè)方向相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷；
2） 3年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經驗，具有數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺、海量數(shù)據(jù)挖掘系統(tǒng)設計規(guī)劃者優(yōu)先。
3） 有扎實的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘專業(yè)知識，具備利用數(shù)據(jù)分析解決業(yè)務問題的能力，善于分析業(yè)務，能將復雜的業(yè)務需求轉化為適合的數(shù)學模型，并從中找到規(guī)律，提供相關的決策依據(jù)；
4） 熟練使用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具軟件，熟悉SAS、SPSS、R語言者優(yōu)先；
5） 能熟練使用Hadoop，Oracle讀取數(shù)據(jù)；
