崗位描述：主要負責數(shù)據(jù)分析和挖掘工作
崗位職責：
1、 負責數(shù)據(jù)分析和挖掘，關注大數(shù)據(jù)領域前沿的動向。
2、 基于公司的信用分析框架和評估方法，對信用模型進行驗證、優(yōu)化和調(diào)整。
3、 負責客戶數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)分析和挖掘工作，為客戶提供專業(yè)性的分析報告
4、 配合技術部門實現(xiàn)已驗證的分析工作的自動化
5、 負責對運營數(shù)據(jù)進行數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控、分析、挖掘和處理

崗位要求：
1、 碩士及以上學歷
2、 統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學、計量經(jīng)濟學、計算機及相關專業(yè)
2、 熟練掌握海量數(shù)據(jù)分析的相關模型、算法（分類、聚類、時間序列、回歸等）
3、 掌握數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的建模方法；
4、 掌握R、SPSS、Matlab、Meka、Knime任一數(shù)據(jù)分析挖掘工具；
5、 精通Excel；熟練使用SQL尤佳；
6、 具有2年以上金融行業(yè)、電子商務領域等領域的海量數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘的項目實踐經(jīng)驗尤佳
7、 能夠編制專業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)分析報告者優(yōu)先；
8、 對數(shù)字有敏銳的觀察力，喜歡和數(shù)字打交道，嚴謹細致；學習能力強，喜歡挑戰(zhàn)性的工作
