崗位職責(zé)：
?調(diào)研業(yè)務(wù)部門的數(shù)據(jù)需求，為運(yùn)營，產(chǎn)品，銷售提供數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告
?利用數(shù)據(jù)資源，分析客戶的行為特征與消費(fèi)屬性變化,對(duì)整體業(yè)務(wù)開展及營銷變化提供數(shù)據(jù)支持等
?協(xié)助對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析建模。
?進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)轉(zhuǎn)化率、內(nèi)容偏好、功能需求、訪問路徑等方面的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和分析。
任職要求：
?數(shù)學(xué)（計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等）、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)（信息檢索、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等）相關(guān)專業(yè)，全日制本科以上學(xué)歷
?一年以上的網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉GA、Omniture等各種統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具，熟悉R優(yōu)先；
?具備數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，熟練掌握Office辦公軟件，Excel表格函數(shù)應(yīng)用較熟，熟悉SQL，邏輯性強(qiáng)，對(duì)數(shù)字敏感，思維縝密，具有一定的數(shù)據(jù)建模能力；
?擅長進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,熟悉BI領(lǐng)域，數(shù)據(jù)倉庫產(chǎn)品，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具；
?工作細(xì)心，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，有鉆研精神，具備較強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)能力和溝通能力。
