崗位職責(zé)：
1、根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)，設(shè)計(jì)有效的數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)體系，進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)或缺陷，提供決策數(shù)據(jù)支持。
2、對(duì)海量商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行挖掘與建模，建立有效的客戶、產(chǎn)品的分析模型供業(yè)務(wù)部門數(shù)據(jù)化運(yùn)營(yíng)使用，提高效率。
3、負(fù)責(zé)撰寫行業(yè)、產(chǎn)品、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告，為公司發(fā)展提供行業(yè)預(yù)警、數(shù)據(jù)支持、效果評(píng)估和項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)研究工作。
 
任職要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)或者數(shù)學(xué)應(yīng)用相關(guān)專業(yè)；1年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、有市場(chǎng)調(diào)查或咨詢公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或數(shù)據(jù)分析項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮；
3、熟練操作excel，熟練使用常用函數(shù)、搭建公式、數(shù)組公式，數(shù)據(jù)透視表等；
4、熟悉VBA/數(shù)據(jù)庫(sql或其他數(shù)據(jù)庫)，或SPSS、EVIEWS者優(yōu)先考慮；
5、具有較強(qiáng)的時(shí)間管理能力，條理性，邏輯思維能力強(qiáng)；
6、工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真，謹(jǐn)慎細(xì)心，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)。
