“智慧城市建設(shè)亟待強化數(shù)據(jù)公開、數(shù)據(jù)共享和信息挖掘，用大數(shù)據(jù)這根‘紅線’串起智慧城市建設(shè)?！比珖舜蟠?、鄭州大學(xué)副校長張倩紅說。

據(jù)了解，我國智慧城市試點申報工作自2012年啟動以來，截至目前，國家智慧城市試點達(dá)到400多個，遍布全國各地。智慧城市建設(shè)取得積極進展，但也存在著缺乏頂層設(shè)計和統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、體制機制創(chuàng)新滯后、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全隱患和風(fēng)險突出等問題。

“智慧城市建設(shè)要充分發(fā)揮大數(shù)據(jù)的作用?！睆堎患t說。她建議從三個方面著手，首先，加快互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)保護的立法工作，對數(shù)據(jù)的開放和利用加以規(guī)范；其次，政府開放數(shù)據(jù)供社會開發(fā)，使數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)生更多的深度價值和綜合價值；第三，要加大對大數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研發(fā)及重點領(lǐng)域大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的支持和投入，特別是要著力推進大數(shù)據(jù)人才培養(yǎng)計劃等。
