近年來，國(guó)內(nèi)各大銀行紛紛舉起了“發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)”的旗幟，上馬大數(shù)據(jù)項(xiàng)目，那么問題來了，大數(shù)據(jù)究竟能為銀行客戶帶來什么？近日，廣發(fā)銀行表示，“從客戶的角度來看，大數(shù)據(jù)所帶來的改變不會(huì)是天翻地覆的，而是潛移默化的，現(xiàn)階段則主要體現(xiàn)在服務(wù)的細(xì)節(jié)上，即想你所想，給你所需?！?/span>

　　據(jù)悉，一直勇立于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融“潮頭”的廣發(fā)銀行，去年年初便與大數(shù)據(jù)領(lǐng)域的世界級(jí)企業(yè)巨頭開展合作，啟動(dòng)了大數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目。今年，以大數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)的定制化或個(gè)性化功能或服務(wù)已悄然在廣發(fā)銀行的網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融渠道率先浮出。

　　目前廣發(fā)銀行已經(jīng)收集整合全行所有渠道的客戶接觸數(shù)據(jù)，重點(diǎn)包括客戶渠道接觸記錄、交易行為、交互行為等信息，然后通過建立大數(shù)據(jù)模型，確定對(duì)目標(biāo)客戶以及產(chǎn)品的篩選規(guī)則，再向客戶推送其真正需要的產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)信息。據(jù)了解，該項(xiàng)大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用已率先植入廣發(fā)網(wǎng)上銀行渠道。

　　根據(jù)該行的大數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)預(yù)測(cè)，該類應(yīng)用將大幅提升網(wǎng)上銀行客戶對(duì)該渠道推送信息的響應(yīng)度。同時(shí)，廣發(fā)智能銀行則利用大數(shù)據(jù)，從客戶資產(chǎn)狀況、用卡情況、交易偏好等維度刻畫客戶形象，為客戶量身定制了產(chǎn)品的個(gè)性化推薦系統(tǒng)。
