 崗位職責(zé)：
       1、收集、整理、統(tǒng)計(jì)、記錄、分析平臺(tái)運(yùn)營所有各項(xiàng)日常運(yùn)營指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)，提供建議和決策支持；
       2、能夠通過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，結(jié)合對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)的理解，提供前瞻性運(yùn)營分析報(bào)告；
       3、撰寫數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告，為運(yùn)營決策、產(chǎn)品推廣和銷售策略提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
       4、根據(jù)上級(jí)需求，制作各類常規(guī)報(bào)表及分析報(bào)表，完成日?qǐng)?bào)、周報(bào)、月報(bào)等各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表工作；
       5、對(duì)運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行定期更新，監(jiān)測(cè)和追蹤運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)的異常波動(dòng)，并及時(shí)反饋上級(jí)；

      崗位要求：
      1、計(jì)算機(jī)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、數(shù)學(xué)、信息技術(shù)大專及以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先；
      2、1年以上的移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有O2O運(yùn)營分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
      3、熟練使用excel（函數(shù)公式、數(shù)據(jù)透視）和數(shù)據(jù)分析工具；
      4、具備對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的歸納、整理和分析能力，能熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件者優(yōu)先考慮；
      5、能根據(jù)項(xiàng)目或部門的需求，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)的分析，提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、獨(dú)到的建議；
      6、數(shù)據(jù)敏感性強(qiáng)、工作細(xì)心，具有良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力，創(chuàng)新能力。
