崗位職責：
1、運營數(shù)據(jù)分析：維護公司運營指標體系，針對各個業(yè)務線建立數(shù)據(jù)分析模型，書寫專業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)分析報告，監(jiān)控業(yè)務監(jiān)控度；    
2、數(shù)據(jù)建模：收集數(shù)據(jù)分析需求，設計數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型、協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理完成數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)；    　    　    
3、BI系統(tǒng)建設：對行業(yè)用戶進行精細化分析，主導用戶模型設計—用戶畫像；    　    　    　    　    
4、智能推薦系統(tǒng)：參與智能推薦系統(tǒng)的設計、推薦算法的研究。    　    　    　    　    　    

任職要求：
1、全日制本科及以上學歷，3年以上相關經(jīng)驗；碩士學歷1年以上相關經(jīng)驗    　    　    　    
2、熟練掌握SAS/SPSS/R等分析工具、數(shù)據(jù)分析技術（聚類分析、回歸分析、決策樹等）、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法、機器學習算法；    
3、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)庫知識（SQL）、掌握一種腳本語言（shell、python）；    　    　    　    
4、有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)（電子商務、門戶網(wǎng)站、社區(qū)網(wǎng)站等）數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
