淺談怎么分析物流數(shù)據(jù)_數(shù)據(jù)分析_大數(shù)據(jù)

    其實很多人會對物流數(shù)據(jù)分析存在一個這樣的誤區(qū)：就是給你一堆繁雜的數(shù)據(jù)，要你從數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，進而了解物流運作的情況，從而找到解決問題的方法。其實，從本質(zhì)上看，這是個偽命題，屬于思維邏輯的錯誤。數(shù)據(jù)只是一個展示，而且不一定是客觀的、清潔的。物流數(shù)據(jù)具有多維度、清潔程度不高的特點，單純的從數(shù)據(jù)里發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，根本就不能反映物流的真實運作情況。

     數(shù)據(jù)分析的前提，就是要明確業(yè)務(wù)痛點在哪里？你的目的是什么？任何目的不明的數(shù)據(jù)分析舉動，其分析結(jié)論是非常片面的，甚至和真實情況背道而馳。我的建議是：明確目的，運用流程分析和VOC（客戶之聲），找到關(guān)鍵的節(jié)點，然后針對性的搜集數(shù)據(jù)，甚至做實驗測試。當(dāng)然，搜集出來的數(shù)據(jù)，還要進行數(shù)據(jù)清潔處理，就是剔掉明顯的邏輯錯誤數(shù)據(jù)，然后選擇合適的工具分析。

    數(shù)據(jù)分析，會統(tǒng)計軟件和工具不是關(guān)鍵，關(guān)鍵是方法論。下面是沙龍水版的看法，非常到位：很多沒做過實務(wù)的人往往認為拿到了數(shù)據(jù)就可以用來了解企業(yè)了。但是往往這種理解非常地片面。一個企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)和運行，首先是要了解其業(yè)務(wù)的分類、構(gòu)成、發(fā)展側(cè)重、操作特點等等，然后再去看數(shù)據(jù)，找到數(shù)據(jù)中的某些點，跟業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況相互印證，才能真正地能讀懂?dāng)?shù)據(jù)。直接想從數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、再去找方法，那基本上是找的所謂問題也根本不是問題，往往可能僅僅是數(shù)據(jù)處理或者統(tǒng)計口徑中的特定處理，否則看看數(shù)據(jù)就能看出來的問題，早就被解決了。
