淺談探索性數(shù)據(jù)分析的方法—如何下手處理一堆繁雜的數(shù)據(jù)

相信許多人包括剛開始學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析師的人也同樣會有這樣的問題，給你一堆繁雜的數(shù)據(jù)，在自己數(shù)據(jù)分析目的不明確的前提下，面對一堆數(shù)據(jù)，"數(shù)據(jù)分析師'該如何分析？許多人都會有些迷茫，不清楚該怎樣正確的分析問題。當(dāng)我們不能確定管理中的一些問題是不是合理的，或者說不能直觀看出問題在哪里，也不能體現(xiàn)在業(yè)務(wù)流程上的時候。只有一堆繁雜數(shù)據(jù)。該如何入手？

    其實(shí)，這類問題，本質(zhì)上屬于探索性的數(shù)據(jù)分析，精益六西格瑪?shù)姆椒ㄕ撎峁┝撕芎玫慕梃b，這個在我的《物流數(shù)據(jù)分析寶典V2.0》里有詳細(xì)講解，我把簡要的分析思路羅列如下：

    1、面對一堆繁雜數(shù)據(jù)，首先要確保數(shù)據(jù)的正確性，進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)清潔，還要明確數(shù)據(jù)的口徑是否合理。

    2、你的這種前提下，先要從直觀上分析通過圖形看分布、看頻率、看位置等，可用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具有：直方圖、點(diǎn)圖、趨勢圖、箱線圖、正態(tài)分布圖等。

    3、圖形得出的只是方向性結(jié)論，仍然輸入定性分析。如果圖形展現(xiàn)的結(jié)果差異不大，就需要進(jìn)一步定量分析了，可用工具有相關(guān)分析、回歸分析、均值分析、方差分析等。

    4、最后，通過結(jié)論，還需要結(jié)合具體的業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際，對結(jié)論進(jìn)行修正和解讀，并給出具體的可行性建議，有結(jié)論，還要有建議。數(shù)據(jù)分析師培訓(xùn)
