我國(guó)將建三大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)整治網(wǎng)絡(luò)敲詐



國(guó)家網(wǎng)信辦聯(lián)合工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部、國(guó)家新聞出版廣電總局，從2015年1月開始，在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)集中開展為期半年的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)敲詐和有償刪帖”專項(xiàng)整治工作。

　　“網(wǎng)絡(luò)敲詐和有償刪帖”專項(xiàng)整治工作協(xié)調(diào)組辦公室負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，“三大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)”是這次專項(xiàng)整治行動(dòng)中的創(chuàng)新亮點(diǎn)之一。這“三大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)”分別是“網(wǎng)站和賬號(hào)違法違規(guī)行為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)”“重大典型案例庫(kù)”和“從業(yè)人員的違法記錄數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)”。三大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)將把相關(guān)單位和個(gè)人違法違規(guī)的事實(shí)、性質(zhì)和處理結(jié)果等詳細(xì)信息記錄在案，全面準(zhǔn)確地記錄違法行為發(fā)生及處理流程，可以方便地進(jìn)行查詢和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。

　　與這三個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)配套的還有“網(wǎng)絡(luò)信用黑名單”制度。據(jù)悉，這“三大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)”和“黑名單”將為網(wǎng)站及從業(yè)人員的年度審核和資質(zhì)認(rèn)定提供依據(jù)?！凹词褂行┚W(wǎng)站和個(gè)人能夠得逞一時(shí)，未來也肯定有被‘算總賬’的時(shí)候?！?/span>
