崗位職責：
1、負責業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)分析、主題分析；
2、根據(jù)不同的業(yè)務主題，進行數(shù)據(jù)建模、挖掘；為精準運營和個性化服務提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
3、完成數(shù)據(jù)模型的建立及驗證工作。

任職資格：
1、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和數(shù)據(jù)建模的相關(guān)技術(shù)細節(jié)，熟悉MySQL/Oracle, 熟悉Hadoop等產(chǎn)品；
2、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析、建模、挖掘的方法論和相關(guān)分析軟件SAS、SPSS等；
3、2年以上數(shù)據(jù)處理、分析相關(guān)項目經(jīng)驗；參與過完整的數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)清洗整理、分析和建模工作者優(yōu)先；具有工作責任心和敬業(yè)精神，對“大數(shù)據(jù)”相關(guān)技術(shù)：數(shù)據(jù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)建模、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘有強烈的興趣和喜愛。

其他要求：
1.自信，能自我反省，面對困難有足夠的決心；
2.良好的溝通能力、邏輯分析能力，善于總結(jié)，能抓住問題的本質(zhì)和重點；
3.做事認真踏實、為人誠實，工作積極主動、能適應較大的工作壓力；
4.具有創(chuàng)新精神、團隊精神及艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)精神。
