崗位職責(zé)：
1、搭建蝸牛移動電商渠道（天貓、京東等）數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)，制定數(shù)據(jù)搜集、分析、應(yīng)用、評估體系。
2、對電商渠道相關(guān)推廣（直通車、鉆展等）進行數(shù)據(jù)需求支持，挖掘分析主題，開展數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，基于數(shù)據(jù)分析成果，持續(xù)改進并提升推廣效果，把控推廣成本及投入產(chǎn)出比；
3、優(yōu)化和完善所屬方向的數(shù)據(jù)分析體系，包括KPI指標(biāo)體系、報表體系、專題分析體系；
4、負責(zé)追蹤市場部核心經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)和業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo)，并編寫經(jīng)營情況簡報；
5、對專項問題進行量化分析，并編制專項分析報告；
 
任職要求：
1、至少1年數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗，有天貓店或其他電商行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
2、對數(shù)據(jù)分析有深刻的理解，了解數(shù)據(jù)分析的系統(tǒng)框架與理論模型，有產(chǎn)品、運營或產(chǎn)品運營經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、大學(xué)?？埔陨蠈W(xué)歷，對數(shù)據(jù)敏感、邏輯思維強，精通數(shù)據(jù)分析工具；
4、耐心細致，工作認真，有求知欲，崇尚團隊合作；
5、有數(shù)據(jù)公司、咨詢公司、游戲公司從業(yè)經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮。
