崗位職責：
1、 研究和分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶行為，以及網(wǎng)絡營銷和網(wǎng)絡廣告數(shù)據(jù)，提供有價值建議；
2、 負責互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)，或客戶對定制數(shù)據(jù)的需求，參與數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)理，建立算法支持和解決方案，提供算法說明文檔；
3、 承擔數(shù)據(jù)分析報告撰寫；支持數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、市場推廣和數(shù)據(jù)服務項目的管理執(zhí)行；
4、 負責建立和優(yōu)化公司的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)字典；
5、 對數(shù)據(jù)進行定期檢驗，保證數(shù)據(jù)的準確性、穩(wěn)定性、全面性；監(jiān)測和追蹤數(shù)據(jù)異常波動；
6、對公司業(yè)務的運營進行評估和建議，從數(shù)據(jù)的角度推動公司運營決策、產(chǎn)品方向和運營；
4. 深入理解業(yè)務，發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務特征潛在機會，并給出有效的行動建議。
任職要求：
1、 統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)學、社會學、市場營銷學、廣告學等相關(guān)專業(yè)大學本科（含）以上學歷；
2、 2年（含）以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)公司或市場調(diào)研機構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗；有志于在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究行業(yè)發(fā)展，具有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)運營分析、用戶行為分析或在線營銷分析等經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3、 精通1種以上統(tǒng)計分析工具軟件，如SPSS、SAS，熟練使用EXCEL等工具；
4、 熟練使用SQL語言，進行Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢和計算處理；
5、 有較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度和數(shù)據(jù)邏輯性；
6、 良好的邏輯分析能力和文檔寫作能力；
7、 具備較強的工作責任心，保持較強的上進心和解決問題的能力，能夠承受較大壓力。
