崗位職責(zé)：
1、  完成數(shù)據(jù)分析項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中的數(shù)據(jù)提取、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)展示工作；
2、  開發(fā)并持續(xù)完善公司各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模型，確保其準(zhǔn)確性、實(shí)用性及可衡量性；
3、  能將分析出的數(shù)據(jù)情況進(jìn)行解讀。
4、  能準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的完成數(shù)據(jù)分析日常工作，如：客戶分析、投資行為分析、業(yè)績(jī)分析等等； 
 
任職要求：
1、  本科以上學(xué)歷，25-40歲，男女不限；
2、  熟練使用Office辦公軟件，常用函數(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)透視表；至少熟練一種統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件（SAS、SPSS、R、WebTrends、cognos等）、SQL或其他任一編程 
3、精通常規(guī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相關(guān)理論知識(shí)；熟悉數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)經(jīng)典關(guān)系理論，了解數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論和實(shí)戰(zhàn)方法； 邏輯思維和分析能力強(qiáng)，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)敏感很強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，具有敏感的商業(yè)和市場(chǎng)意識(shí)； 
4、耐心細(xì)致，工作認(rèn)真，具敬業(yè)精神、溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
