工作職責(zé)：
1、IT設(shè)備（如筆記本等PC設(shè)備、手機(jī)等移動(dòng)終端、OA產(chǎn)品）用戶行為特征等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與研究，通信運(yùn)營商用戶分析與研究； 
2、根據(jù)客戶需求、調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)研究項(xiàng)目，負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)分析與模型構(gòu)建執(zhí)行；
3、結(jié)合項(xiàng)目需求及客戶業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方向和行業(yè)趨勢，探索與研究有效的數(shù)據(jù)模型；
4、配合其他業(yè)務(wù)部門開展數(shù)據(jù)挖掘及分析工作。
任職條件：
1、熟悉IT或運(yùn)營商市場，對這些市場的運(yùn)行情況、發(fā)展趨勢及熱點(diǎn)、用戶行為特征有較好認(rèn)知；
2、了解概率論與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的原理及方法，了解數(shù)據(jù)分析，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘基本算法和數(shù)學(xué)模型，有大量數(shù)據(jù)搜集、整理分析與推斷預(yù)測的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、熟練一種統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件（SPSS、SAS等），有數(shù)據(jù)處理，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，數(shù)據(jù)建模等相關(guān)算法應(yīng)用經(jīng)歷；
4、有較好的PPT制作能力，能將數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果以PPT的形式呈現(xiàn)。
