          阿思達克通訊社11月28日訊，艾瑞咨詢集團副總經(jīng)理魏峰在“2014年會”上指出，全球數(shù)據(jù)量每18個月翻番，到2015年，中國專用數(shù)據(jù)分析人員預(yù)計缺口1400萬。

          他指出，大數(shù)據(jù)時代將帶來三方面變革：一是思維變革，分析對象將由隨機樣本轉(zhuǎn)為全體數(shù)據(jù)，且強調(diào)混雜性而非精確性，強調(diào)相關(guān)關(guān)系而非因果關(guān)系；二是商業(yè)變 革，大數(shù)據(jù)時代一切皆可量化，數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)新成為創(chuàng)業(yè)機會，數(shù)據(jù)、技術(shù)與思維三足鼎立，形成完整的價值鏈；三是管理變革，信息部門、IT部門有望由成本中心轉(zhuǎn)為 利潤中心，決策將由業(yè)務(wù)導(dǎo)向轉(zhuǎn)為數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)向。

          此外，魏峰表示，大數(shù)據(jù)還將帶來三大挑戰(zhàn)：思維方式上，需形成以數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；人才方面，專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析人員存在缺口；技術(shù)方面，需要實時存儲及處理能力。

       “大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用有四個階段：大數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測與收集、大數(shù)據(jù)存儲與處理、大數(shù)據(jù)分析與挖掘、大數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)新。其中，最重要核心階段即為數(shù)據(jù)分析與挖掘階段。許多企業(yè)無法將大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用于決策當(dāng)中，對大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用仍處于初級階段?！彼f道。

         申銀萬國證券股份有限公司于11月27-28日在上海舉辦以“新變革”為主題的2014申銀萬國年會，上述言論是魏峰在該年會上表示的。
