BI Data Analyst Job Description
Serve as a BI Data Analyst on the Retail Solutions China consultant Team.  The primary responsibilities is to provide value-based retail analytics services to some of the world’s largest consumer goods manufacturing companies, including business intelligence report designing, building, validation and delivering , and serve client as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This opportunity is located in our Shanghai, China office.
在瑞易的數(shù)據(jù)咨詢顧問(wèn)團(tuán)隊(duì)中擔(dān)任數(shù)據(jù)分析師的角色。最主要的職責(zé)是向全球最大的消費(fèi)品公司提供價(jià)值導(dǎo)向的零售數(shù)據(jù)咨詢服務(wù)， 包括商業(yè)智能報(bào)表設(shè)計(jì)，制作，校驗(yàn)并按時(shí)交付，以軟件即服務(wù)（SaaS）方式服務(wù)客戶。該職位位于我們的中國(guó)上海辦公室。


Primary Responsibilities
·Serve customer while upholding RSi’s Service Standards and Philosophy
·按照RSi的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和理念服務(wù)客戶
·Deliver BI report or custom Excel reports using the RSI suite of products
·使用RSi的產(chǎn)品交付商業(yè)智能報(bào)告或Excel報(bào)表
·Diagnose inquiries related to report data integrity
·校驗(yàn)報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)正確性
·Develop process documentation that can be leveraged by members of the team
·編寫團(tuán)隊(duì)需要的流程文檔
·Administer trainings for customers for the RSI suite of products
·對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行RSi產(chǎn)品的培訓(xùn)
·Assist customers with managing master data
·協(xié)助客戶管理主數(shù)據(jù)
·Design and build  standard reports for new weekly/monthly reporting customers
·為新的周/月報(bào)客戶設(shè)計(jì)制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的報(bào)表
 
Skills and Experience Required
·Strong Chinese verbal and written skills
·出色的口頭和書面交流能力
·Maintain strong BI data analyst skills 
·有良好的商業(yè)智能數(shù)據(jù)分析能力
·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
·熟練的Excel技巧
·Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in  information management, statistics , computer science ) 
·本科學(xué)歷（管理信息系統(tǒng),，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)，計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用專業(yè)優(yōu)先）
·Retailer or CPG data analytics experience is preferred 
·有零售和快銷品數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮
·SQL knowledge is a plus
·SQL知識(shí)為佳
