工作職責：
1、業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)建模：通過對業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)進行系統(tǒng)性發(fā)掘與清理，深入發(fā)掘業(yè)務需求，開發(fā)各類營銷數(shù)據(jù)模型；
2、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析：對業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，對會員數(shù)據(jù)進行挖掘分析消費行為特征，發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在規(guī)律，利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術分析、預測用戶的消費行為；
3、業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)支持：定期對業(yè)務部門提供常規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)報告，支持業(yè)務部門專題業(yè)務的數(shù)據(jù)分析，基于數(shù)據(jù)分析成果為業(yè)務部門提供業(yè)務優(yōu)化建議。

任職資格：
1、本科以上學歷，統(tǒng)計學、會計學、數(shù)據(jù)、計算機等相關專業(yè)；
2、專業(yè)知識：對統(tǒng)計學和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法原理有較為深刻的理解，了解數(shù)據(jù)倉庫思想，熟悉spss\sas\R\MAHOUT等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘軟件之一；
3、行業(yè)知識：熟悉零售行業(yè)特點及運作；
4、專業(yè)技能：熟悉決策樹、聚類、邏輯回歸，關聯(lián)分析、SVM、貝葉斯等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法，有海量數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的項目經(jīng)驗。
