1月15日，據(jù)一名熟知內(nèi)情的消息人士透露，在籌集到一筆新融資以后，數(shù)據(jù)分析公司MongoDB目前的估值已達(dá)16億美元。

MongoDB周一稱其從風(fēng)險投資公司那里籌集到8000萬美元新融資，但并未披露估值數(shù)據(jù)。此前，該公司曾在2013年融資1.5億美元，當(dāng)時其估值為12億美元。

這筆新融資來自于高盛集團、投資公司T. Rowe Price、Altimeter Capital、知名風(fēng)投New Enterprise Associates、紅杉資本以及一家未指名的主權(quán)財富基金。

MongoDB的主要業(yè)務(wù)是面向大都會人壽保險公司、電商巨頭eBay和《紐約時報》等客戶出售數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件，其產(chǎn)品可處理和分析來自于應(yīng)用、網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其他來源的海量數(shù)據(jù)。該公司自稱是最大的大數(shù)據(jù)提供商，擁有2000名客戶和400名員工，與幾年前相比增加了一倍左右。但大數(shù)據(jù)市場上的競爭十分激烈，隨時都會有新的創(chuàng)業(yè)公司浮出水面。
