崗位職責：
1. 基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)/電子商務海量數(shù)據(jù)，分析買賣家用戶特征，開發(fā)各類保險信用、風險控制模型；
2. 通過數(shù)據(jù)分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)保險機會點，與保險產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理共同制定保險產(chǎn)品政策與規(guī)則；
3. 對各保險產(chǎn)品運營、風險進行監(jiān)控分析，完成分析報告、報表，通過數(shù)據(jù)幫助運營人員共同制定保險產(chǎn)品運營策略；
任職要求：
. 本科以上，計算機、統(tǒng)計、金融等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. 3年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或金融機構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘工作經(jīng)驗；
3. 精通數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘方法，能熟練運用SAS/SPSS，R語言，Mhout等挖掘工具和技能（至少精通一種）；
4. 熟悉Linux、Oracle等大型數(shù)據(jù)庫及分布式環(huán)境，能通過SQL熟練操作數(shù)據(jù)；
5. 具有較好的商業(yè)Sense和邏輯推理能力，善于從商業(yè)角度解讀數(shù)據(jù)，能推動數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果落地；
