崗位職責:
指導業(yè)務的運營數(shù)據(jù)分析體系搭建，并完成相關(guān)實施工作；
參與構(gòu)建各種分析模型，跟蹤和分析運營數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的缺陷與機會，為業(yè)務決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐，并推進落地。

任職資格:
研究生及以上學歷，數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計、計算機、金融工程等專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
3年以上數(shù)據(jù)運營、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
熟悉掌握SQL，能熟練使用EXCEL、R、SPSS等數(shù)據(jù)工具，了解常用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法和模型，了解Hadoop等分布式系統(tǒng)，熟悉簡單shell腳本；
熟練掌握數(shù)據(jù)分析體系架構(gòu)、方法和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)建模知識，有海量數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
良好的邏輯思維能力，責任心強，有創(chuàng)業(yè)精神；
工作地址：
