崗位職責：
1、負責無線網(wǎng)站運營工作所需數(shù)據(jù)的收集、整理與分析，推動數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)的構建與完善；
2、整理編寫網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)分析報告，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析其中隱含的變化和問題，為業(yè)務發(fā)展提供決策支持；
3、支持運營、產(chǎn)品等各方面的數(shù)據(jù)分析，處理和研究的工作需求；
4、負責數(shù)據(jù)挖掘領域的分析應用，定期對會員特征、需求、行為分析、活躍度、營銷活動效果等特定業(yè)務的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型的需求分析，建模及實驗模擬。

職位要求：
1、大學?？萍耙陨蠈W歷；計算機、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學相關專業(yè)；
2、兩年以上網(wǎng)站分析相關經(jīng)驗；或者一年以上直接的數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗。能編寫代碼對中間或者結果數(shù)據(jù)進行分析處理；
3、擅長數(shù)據(jù)分析，對數(shù)據(jù)具有足夠的敏感性、對數(shù)據(jù)分析極為細心，熟悉常規(guī)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和挖掘知識、統(tǒng)計方法；
4、誠實正直、責任心強，能承受較大的工作壓力；具有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神；
5、熟悉BI領域，數(shù)據(jù)倉庫產(chǎn)品，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具；熟練運用PPT、Excel、SQL、R、SPSS等一種或者多種數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計工具。
