崗位職責(zé)：
1、對(duì)后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)抓取
2、進(jìn)行深入的網(wǎng)站流量和商業(yè)指標(biāo)分析，并提供改進(jìn)建議；
3、匯總每日/每周/每月和特定報(bào)告，表述趨勢(shì)；
4、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)收集整理，對(duì)多種數(shù)據(jù)的深度診斷性組合分析；
5、與各部門進(jìn)行多方合作，幫助業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，并提出可行性建議分析；
6、項(xiàng)目、活動(dòng)上線的效果追蹤與評(píng)估分析。 

職位要求：
1、具有2年以上電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、具有數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析能力，熟練使用流量分析工具、數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢語言及其他數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)工具（SQL，Excel，SPSS,SAS等)；
3、善于從海量數(shù)據(jù)中總結(jié)規(guī)律，擁有敏銳的洞察力，可及時(shí)根據(jù)積累的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在問題；
4、具備良好的邏輯分析能力，善于溝通和表達(dá)，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，能承受較大工作壓力；
5、本科及以上學(xué)歷，市場(chǎng)、統(tǒng)計(jì)或信息技術(shù)等專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
