崗位職責：
 1.負責業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域數(shù)據(jù)模型分析、數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理和分析開發(fā)；負責公司日常數(shù)據(jù)運維支持、電商的數(shù)據(jù)分析并完成相關(guān)報告；
2.利用數(shù)據(jù)分析手段，描述業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)特征，形成分析報告；分析業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)問題，并給出改善建議，推動業(yè)務(wù)完善；
3.負責對海量用戶相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，挖掘用戶行為特征，協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)構(gòu)建精準運營或營銷的指標體系；
4.針對具體的業(yè)務(wù)需求及問題，規(guī)劃、設(shè)計基于數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘的解決方案；
5.負責不斷優(yōu)化、完善數(shù)據(jù)分析模型及算法，并基于分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，對業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域數(shù)據(jù)模型提出改進建議。
任職要求：
1.應(yīng)用數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計學、行為學或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷；
2.具有豐富的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計及分析經(jīng)驗；能夠準確把握用戶需求，了解用戶心理；具有較強的獨立分析及判斷能力，對數(shù)據(jù)模型及數(shù)據(jù)信息有較強的敏感度；
3.具有2年以上的數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗或數(shù)據(jù)研究工作經(jīng)驗；
4.熟練使用SQL對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行查詢分析；熟練使用常用的數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具軟件；
5.有電商網(wǎng)站運營分析、大數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
