職位描述：
針對產(chǎn)品和運營各節(jié)點的專題數(shù)據(jù)分析，定位問題并提出解決方案或推動解決問題；
根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)研究結(jié)果及數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用算法推動產(chǎn)品和運營落實。

任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2. 一年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
3. 熟悉移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，富有執(zhí)行力，有產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
4. 熟悉一種統(tǒng)計軟件（如SPSS、SAS、STATA等），能使用該工具進行簡單統(tǒng)計分析；
5. 熟悉一種結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)查詢語言（SQL），能在數(shù)據(jù)庫（MYSQL、SQL SEVER、HADOOP等）進行管理、取數(shù)；
6. 熟悉各種數(shù)據(jù)表達的方式（PPT、EXCEL），表達的數(shù)據(jù)信息能讓人快速理解、易懂；
7. 能根據(jù)需求，完成復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)的分析，撰寫數(shù)據(jù)報告并提出建設(shè)性意見。
