最近，LinkedIn對(duì)全球超過3.3億用戶的工作經(jīng)歷和技能進(jìn)行分析，公布2014年最受雇主喜歡、最炙手可熱的25項(xiàng)技能。其中位列榜首的是統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘。這項(xiàng)技能在去年只排名第五，而當(dāng)時(shí)的最熱技能是社交媒體營銷。

數(shù)據(jù)分析越來越受重視，企業(yè)開始傾向聘請(qǐng)?jiān)跀?shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、檢索和分析方面有所長的人才。對(duì)擁有這項(xiàng)技能的人來說，現(xiàn)在的形勢可謂是一片大好。（搜索微信號(hào)“CDA數(shù)據(jù)分析師”讓你擁有此項(xiàng)技能?。?/span>

據(jù)Glassdoor網(wǎng)站報(bào)告，現(xiàn)在數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)家的平均年薪是118709美元，比程序員的64537美元還要多。而數(shù)據(jù)人才還將越來越搶手。一份麥肯錫研究預(yù)測，到2018年，美國將面臨數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和分析人才短缺，將有14萬到19萬個(gè)工作崗位等著“有深入分析能力的人才”，同時(shí)還急需150萬“懂得運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果作出有效決策的管理人員”。

除了數(shù)據(jù)的大趨勢，在全球范圍來看，技術(shù)人才還是很吃香的。在這25項(xiàng)技能榜單中，技術(shù)類技能占了極大部分。

而另一個(gè)不可忽視的趨勢，是技術(shù)營銷的崛起。在2012年，美國咨詢公司高德納的分析員Laura McLellan預(yù)測，到2017年，企業(yè)的市場營銷部門在技術(shù)上的開支將比技術(shù)部門要多得多。今年搜索引擎優(yōu)化營銷和數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷雙雙上榜，這樣的預(yù)測 估計(jì)在不久的將來就會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
