職位描述：
1、運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)分析：維護(hù)公司運(yùn)營(yíng)指標(biāo)體系，針對(duì)各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)線建立數(shù)據(jù)分析模型，書寫專業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告；
2、數(shù)據(jù)建模：收集數(shù)據(jù)分析需求，設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型；
3、BI系統(tǒng)建設(shè)：對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行精細(xì)化分析，主導(dǎo)用戶模型設(shè)計(jì)；
職位要求：
1、大學(xué)本科（含）以上學(xué)歷；三年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、精通一種以上分析工具軟件，如SPSS、SAS，熟練使用EXCEL等工具；
3、熟練使用SQL語(yǔ)言，進(jìn)行MySQL等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)查詢和計(jì)算處理；
4、了解基本算法（回歸、聚類、決策樹、關(guān)聯(lián)），熟悉日志挖掘等技術(shù)背景優(yōu)先；
5、有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)/移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
6、有志于在移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究行業(yè)發(fā)展，具有移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)分析、用戶行為分析等經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
7、良好的邏輯思維與表達(dá)能力，善于用簡(jiǎn)單語(yǔ)言表述復(fù)雜結(jié)論;良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度，能從海量數(shù)據(jù)提煉核心結(jié)果。
