職能：

- 作為項(xiàng)目成員獨(dú)立完成基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘/分析的商業(yè)咨詢(xún)項(xiàng)目的部分模塊工作；

- 參與前期項(xiàng)目調(diào)研和項(xiàng)目建議書(shū)的撰寫(xiě)；

- 發(fā)現(xiàn)新客戶(hù)和現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)在數(shù)據(jù)挖掘項(xiàng)目上的新需求；

- 獨(dú)立完成客戶(hù)的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)并輔助項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施與執(zhí)行；

要求：

- 1年以上數(shù)據(jù)挖掘/分析相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，本科以上學(xué)歷；

- 熟練使用SAS/Base進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等工作；

- 敏銳的數(shù)據(jù)觀(guān)察和分析能力，具備利用數(shù)據(jù)分析解決商業(yè)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題的能力；

- 具備一定的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理相關(guān)知識(shí)；

- 工作認(rèn)真、細(xì)致、踏實(shí)，適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差；

- 有電信、金融行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先；
