職位描述： 
1、需求：快速采集、學(xué)習(xí)用戶的業(yè)務(wù)、流程、內(nèi)部管理細節(jié)等，學(xué)習(xí)并理解用戶的海量數(shù)據(jù)； 
2、分析：結(jié)合需求，靈活運用運用數(shù)據(jù)分析方法與工具分析數(shù)據(jù)； 
3、設(shè)計：負責(zé)編寫設(shè)計報告； 
4、實現(xiàn)：負責(zé)指導(dǎo)軟件工程師完成概要設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、測試、實施等； 
5、主要方向在大數(shù)據(jù)方面。 
基本要求： 
1、理工科專業(yè)，工作經(jīng)驗不限； 
2、具有扎實的數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)，受到比較嚴格的科學(xué)思維訓(xùn)練； 
3、具有應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)知識去解決實際問題，特別是建立模型的初步能力； 
4、有較強的文檔編寫能力，文字語言表達能力； 
5、熟悉使用計算機，具有編寫簡單應(yīng)用程序的能力； 
6、具備良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力，良好的溝通交流能力，較好的邏輯分析能力； 
7、強烈責(zé)任心，開放的性格，擅于協(xié)作，具備良好的團隊合作精神，能夠承受一定的工作壓力； 
8、211、985大學(xué)、碩士、博士優(yōu)先。
