崗位職責： 
1. 與客戶溝通，理解客戶的業(yè)務需求并定制相應研究思路；
2. 參與經(jīng)營分析專題項目的需求調研和分析，完成業(yè)務需求的整理，結合業(yè)務需求進行分析，能獨立書寫ppt分析調研報告；
3. 負責數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的調研和分析，圍繞業(yè)務問題設計可行的分析思路與分析模型，并開展建模工作，完成數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型的相關報告；
4. 了解oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫能使用調用與維護等基礎。 

 任職要求：
1. 本科或以上學歷，數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計、經(jīng)管專業(yè)；
2. 2年以上數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、復雜統(tǒng)計分析或通信運營商經(jīng)營分析崗位工作經(jīng)驗；有通信行業(yè)市場調研、業(yè)務分析有一定認識；
3. 熟悉SQL、oracle以及任一種主流的DBMS，必須會使用spss等預測分析軟件能夠根據(jù)分析或建模方案設計獨立進行數(shù)據(jù)的獲取、處理、統(tǒng)計等；
4.兩年以上網(wǎng)站分析相關工作經(jīng)驗，對網(wǎng)站運營有全面了解，有網(wǎng)站分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
5.具備優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析及報表呈現(xiàn)能力，熟練掌握Office及網(wǎng)站分析相關工具，精通Google Analytics或WebTrends者優(yōu)先；
6網(wǎng)站分析相關工作經(jīng)驗，對網(wǎng)站運營有全面了解，有旅行社網(wǎng)站分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
