工作職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和分析；
2、分析及預(yù)測業(yè)務(wù)系未來業(yè)績達(dá)成及趨勢；
3、對突發(fā)的業(yè)績異常及波動進(jìn)行原因分析，提供有效建議；
4、上級安排的其他臨時事情。

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，1年以上工作經(jīng)驗，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆生也可考慮； 
2、統(tǒng)計學(xué)或者數(shù)學(xué)應(yīng)用相關(guān)專業(yè)，擅長搭建數(shù)據(jù)模型，根據(jù)具體指標(biāo)，預(yù)測未來業(yè)績達(dá)成及趨勢.
3、熟練excel操作，熟練使用常用函數(shù)、搭建公式、數(shù)組公式，數(shù)據(jù)透視表等。
4、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致，具備良好的團(tuán)隊協(xié)作素質(zhì)，有上進(jìn)心，執(zhí)行力、抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
