崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)營部門相關(guān)統(tǒng)計需求的收集、整理； 
2、負(fù)責(zé)市場推廣活動數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析，報告編制； 
3、按時完成日常數(shù)據(jù)報表，監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)異常，對業(yè)務(wù)管理及優(yōu)化提供數(shù)據(jù)支持； 
4、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
 
任職要求：
1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計、財務(wù)、市場相關(guān)背景優(yōu)先，兩年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
2、對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，較強(qiáng)的邏輯分析能力和文字表達(dá)能力；
3、熟練的Excel操作技能；
4、良好的溝通能力，實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)作和過程跟蹤與推進(jìn)；
5、強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心，工作細(xì)致，有條理，善于學(xué)習(xí)，具有良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神，能夠承擔(dān)一定的工作壓力； 
6、保持穩(wěn)定，工作心細(xì)。
