R語言利用ROCR評測模型的預(yù)測能力

說明

受試者工作特征曲線(ROC），這是一種常用的二元分類系統(tǒng)性能展示圖形，在曲線上分別標(biāo)注了不同切點(diǎn)的真正率與假正率。我們通常會(huì)基于ROC曲線計(jì)算處于曲線下方的面積AUC(area under curve),并以此峰面積來衡量相應(yīng)分類模型的性能。

操作

繼續(xù)使用telecom churn數(shù)據(jù)集作為樣例數(shù)據(jù)集

使用probability參數(shù)為TRUE的訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)集得到一個(gè)SVM模型：

svmfit = svm(churn ~ .,data = trainset,prob = TRUE)
基于訓(xùn)練好的模型對測試數(shù)據(jù)集進(jìn)行預(yù)測，同樣將probability參數(shù)設(shè)置為TRUE

Pred = predict(svmfit,testset[,!names(testset) %in% c("churn")],probability = TRUE )
得到標(biāo)號(hào)為“yes”的概率

pred.prob = attr(pred,"probabilities")
pred.to.roc = pred.prob[,2]
使用prediction函數(shù)產(chǎn)生預(yù)測結(jié)果，

使用preformance完成性能評估
