崗位職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)銷售部數(shù)據(jù)的采集，調(diào)用，清理，分析，挖掘，解釋，總結(jié)，結(jié)果展示；

2、規(guī)范、優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)平臺，搭建數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測指標(biāo)，完善數(shù)據(jù)報表格式，協(xié)助報表生成自動化

3、圍繞業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營的策略以及業(yè)務(wù)運營中的潛在問題，展開專項數(shù)據(jù)論證分析，對數(shù)據(jù)異常及時預(yù)警，能獨立完成報告

崗位要求：

1、統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計、計算機、金融等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2、二年以上相關(guān)領(lǐng)域統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗；

3、工作認(rèn)真，思維敏銳，具有良好的洞察力、邏輯分析能力及報告呈現(xiàn)能力，熟練應(yīng)用Excel，SQL、ppt、VBA、R語言等
