崗位職責(zé)： 
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司會(huì)員數(shù)據(jù)挖掘及分析，定期出具分析報(bào)告； 
2、負(fù)責(zé)管理公司CRM系統(tǒng)，優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具； 
3、行業(yè)、競(jìng)品的分析研究； 
4、為公司提供實(shí)時(shí)線上展示效果和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)戰(zhàn)略提供數(shù)據(jù)指引。 

任職要求： 
1、大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，從事過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)工作； 
2、對(duì)數(shù)字具有高度的敏感性； 
3、分析能力強(qiáng)，邏輯清晰，具備良好的報(bào)告寫(xiě)作能力； 
4、熟練使用Excel、SPSS等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具； 
5、有電商從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、ERP產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
