職位描述：

1、對產品、運營、市場數(shù)據(jù)進行分析、監(jiān)測、統(tǒng)計，并形成指標體系；

2、熟悉業(yè)務邏輯，從數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)價值，為決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；

3、負責用戶調研、及用戶行為分析等數(shù)據(jù)商業(yè)價值挖掘工作；

4、搭建、管理數(shù)據(jù)分析團隊

任職要求：

任職要求：

1、具有很強的邏輯分析能力，對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，擁有海量數(shù)據(jù)處理經驗。

2、計算機、統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)學等相關專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷，兩年以上互聯(lián)網數(shù)據(jù)分析經驗（移動互聯(lián)網優(yōu)先）；

3、熟悉各種分析理論和方法，熟練應用 SQL/SPSS/R/Python 等數(shù)據(jù)分析工具；

4、對數(shù)據(jù)分析有強烈興趣，具備良好的抗壓能力、溝通能力、邏輯思維能力，有良好的學習能力和強烈的進取心；

5、具有很強的團隊意識、較強的執(zhí)行能力，有誠信、愿意分享和承擔責任；

6、有電商、互聯(lián)網金融行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)經驗優(yōu)先。
