1、自動篩選：打開需要篩選的表格excel文件，使用鼠標點擊單元格定位到含有數(shù)據(jù)的隨意一單元格區(qū)域，點擊菜單欄-數(shù)據(jù)-篩選-自動篩選

2、下拉箭頭：選擇自動篩選后數(shù)據(jù)欄目出現(xiàn)下拉箭頭，點擊下拉箭頭出現(xiàn)篩選菜單。每一個下拉菜單對應一個篩選分類

3、篩選方式：點擊數(shù)字篩選可以為含有大量數(shù)據(jù)的表格文件進行特定的數(shù)據(jù)篩選或某個數(shù)值區(qū)間的數(shù)據(jù)篩選。比如我們需要篩選出歷史成績小于85分的項目，點擊數(shù)字篩選，選擇小于，輸入85即可進行篩選

4、建立區(qū)域：如果要篩選出多個分類的成績?nèi)缢拈T成績大于80分的同學，我們需要預先建立條件區(qū)域，將數(shù)據(jù)整體上方空出三行或以上，分別對應輸入數(shù)據(jù)分類和需要的條件限制

5、高級篩選：點擊菜單欄-數(shù)據(jù)-篩選-高級篩選，以此打開高級篩選的菜單

6、列表區(qū)域和條件區(qū)域：打開高級篩選后可輸入單元格范圍或使用鼠標勾選需要的區(qū)域，分別勾選列表區(qū)域和條件區(qū)域

7、結(jié)果獲?。喝绻枰尯Y選的數(shù)據(jù)單獨在其他地方顯示，勾選將篩選結(jié)果復制到其他位置，并且手動點擊需要作為存儲的單元格即可
