基本條件：

崗位技能：
1、應用數(shù)學、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、計算機（數(shù)據(jù)挖掘）方向相關專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷；
2、熟悉主要的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法及分析模型，熟練掌握SPSS，SAS等統(tǒng)計分析工具中的一種；
3、有自主設計和開發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)模型和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法的經(jīng)驗；
4、1年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、IT/通信行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析、算法模型研發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
5、具有較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度，邏輯分析能力和文檔寫作能力；

崗位職責：
1、負責數(shù)據(jù)整理及分析工作，提交數(shù)據(jù)分析報告；
2、按業(yè)務需求進行專項分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘處理，為業(yè)務決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持依據(jù)；
3、根據(jù)海量數(shù)據(jù)建立數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型，并完成模型的驗證和優(yōu)化；
4、進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型和算法研發(fā)。
