R語言箱線圖

箱線圖是分布在一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)集中的數(shù)據(jù)的量度。它把組分為三個(gè)四分位值的數(shù)據(jù)。此圖表示的最小值，最大值，中值，第一個(gè)四分位數(shù)和第三個(gè)四分位數(shù)中的數(shù)據(jù)集。在通過拉伸箱圖比較每個(gè)跨數(shù)據(jù)集數(shù)據(jù)的分布是有用的。

箱線圖是通過使用R中的 boxplot()函數(shù)來創(chuàng)建。

語法

創(chuàng)建一個(gè)箱線圖在 R 中的基本的語法是：

boxplot(x,data,notch,varwidth,names,main)
