打通大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的底層與頂層，Trifacta宣布已完成C輪2500萬美元融資

大數(shù)據(jù)公司 Trifacta 近日宣布已完成C輪2500萬美元投資，領(lǐng)投機構(gòu)Ignition Partners，上兩輪投資機構(gòu)Greylock Partners、Accel Partners也有跟進。目前Trifacta總?cè)谫Y額為4000萬美元，新一輪投資主要用于市場推廣。

Trifacta是2012年由三位美國高校計算機科學(xué)家成立的大數(shù)據(jù)公司。在整個大數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)鏈中，它解決的是中間橋梁問題。

一端是大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)底層人員在致力于數(shù)據(jù)的編譯、存儲和傳輸技術(shù)，一端是頂層的軟件和服務(wù)試圖在從已實現(xiàn)較好結(jié)構(gòu)化的大量數(shù)據(jù)中提取有效信息。中間地帶的數(shù)據(jù)清理大多卻靠人工完成。有數(shù)據(jù)顯示，80%的數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)家的時間耗在了數(shù)據(jù)清理上。Trifacta則試圖替代人工，起到中間橋梁作用，通過創(chuàng)建底層跨平臺數(shù)據(jù)接口（傳統(tǒng)的關(guān)系式數(shù)據(jù)庫、Hadoop 集群）的方式，使得上層人員可在多個實體數(shù)據(jù)存儲及處理系統(tǒng)上運行的 SQL 查詢或 map reduce 代碼。

Trifacta目前還不愿意公布其客戶情況，僅表示客戶類型目前已涵蓋政府、企業(yè)，而企業(yè)類型包含媒體、醫(yī)療、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)。

收費標準是按機構(gòu)的數(shù)據(jù)體量計算，從10萬美元到15萬美元不等。
