崗位描述：
1、  負(fù)責(zé)與公司運營相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測，數(shù)據(jù)分析，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，撰寫分析報告；
2、  定義和管理以用戶數(shù)據(jù)為導(dǎo)向的分析報告，并整合公司其他運營系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù), 結(jié)合實際業(yè)務(wù)需求，進行深度的數(shù)據(jù)分析，建立客戶、產(chǎn)品的分析模型，提出產(chǎn)品、業(yè)務(wù)改善建議；
3、  參與公司運營項目，發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析的需求和制定實施方案；
4、  針對歷史海量商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析其中隱含的變化和問題，為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供決策支持；
5、  數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)的需求調(diào)研、需求分析等 。
 
崗位要求
1、  數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計、計算機相關(guān)專業(yè)，2年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析領(lǐng)域相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
2、  具有較好的數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)和計算機相關(guān)知識，熟悉數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘者優(yōu)先，能夠使用SQL；
3、  具有良好分析報告撰寫能力，能制作專業(yè)分析報告
4、  精通至少一種以上的數(shù)據(jù)分析工具，能夠綜合使用各種數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、制表繪圖等軟件進行圖表、圖像以及文字處理
5、  優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，善于從海量數(shù)據(jù)中總結(jié)規(guī)律；敏銳的觀察力，可及時根據(jù)積累的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的問題，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)分析背景者優(yōu)先
6、  好學(xué)上進，耐心細(xì)致，有責(zé)任心、，工作勤奮，善于思考。工作積極主動，有較強的團隊合作精神，良好的溝通表達能力
