崗位職責(zé)：
1、制定公司網(wǎng)站的數(shù)據(jù)分析與監(jiān)控策劃，進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測、分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)和設(shè)計(jì)；
2、負(fù)責(zé)對網(wǎng)站的UV、PV、訪問深度、跳失率、轉(zhuǎn)化率、熱點(diǎn)圖等做專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析；
3、設(shè)計(jì)各種網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表，并進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析工作；
4、分析網(wǎng)站產(chǎn)品及用戶行為，為產(chǎn)品、運(yùn)營及市場推廣的優(yōu)化提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；
5、建立運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)表系統(tǒng)，針對流量轉(zhuǎn)化、用戶行為等進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析；
6、對會(huì)員數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析關(guān)聯(lián)，分析客戶消費(fèi)行為特征，提供相應(yīng)的運(yùn)營及CRM建議，增強(qiáng)用戶的黏性，促進(jìn)客戶增值；
7、 以數(shù)據(jù)為依托制定精準(zhǔn)營銷流程規(guī)范，對線上廣告營銷進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和評(píng)估，提供數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表和改善建議，提升營銷效果；
8、負(fù)責(zé)或參與公司各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)項(xiàng)目研究，執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目管理工作，為公司高層決策做數(shù)據(jù)支持；
9、收集行業(yè)及競爭對手的流量數(shù)據(jù)、監(jiān)測剖析，為決策提供參考。



崗位要求：
1、2年以上的網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能熟練使用GA和百度統(tǒng)計(jì)等網(wǎng)站統(tǒng)計(jì)工具，擅長進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘優(yōu)先；
2、深厚的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)水平，熟練掌握spss或其他專業(yè)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件；
3、熟悉電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站統(tǒng)計(jì)方法、數(shù)據(jù)分析方法；
4、熟悉統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模型；熟練使用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)分析、
5、有制作分析報(bào)告經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉EXCEL、SPSS、SAS等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件，熟悉MYSQL語言，對數(shù)據(jù)敏感；
6、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)知識(shí)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)，了解互聯(lián)網(wǎng)營銷。
