崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)入表相關(guān)咨詢(xún)服務(wù)
2. 協(xié)助企業(yè)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的整理和分析
3. 提供專(zhuān)業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理建議
4.參與制定數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，明確數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)的目標(biāo)、范圍和路線圖。
5.設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)分類(lèi)、分級(jí)、編目和標(biāo)識(shí)體系，建立統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)視圖。
6.定義數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、安全策略和合規(guī)要求。
7.推動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的識(shí)別、登記、確權(quán)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作。
8.建立數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)全生命周期管理流程。
9.負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)端數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)，包括資產(chǎn)狀態(tài)監(jiān)控、價(jià)值評(píng)估、成本核算、使用情況分析等。
10.面向業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)提供數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)咨詢(xún)、培訓(xùn)與賦能，推廣數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景，提升全員數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)。
11.與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作，推動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的有效供給和技術(shù)支撐。
12.與業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)協(xié)同，確保數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)符合法律法規(guī)和政策。
二、任職要求
1. 教育背景：
本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、信息管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、商業(yè)分析等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
3年以上數(shù)據(jù)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備數(shù)據(jù)治理、數(shù)據(jù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
熟悉數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)全生命周期管理流程。
3. 知識(shí)與技能：
深刻理解數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的概念、價(jià)值和運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。
出色的業(yè)務(wù)理解能力和業(yè)務(wù)敏感度，能夠?qū)I(yè)務(wù)需求轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。
優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、跨部門(mén)協(xié)作能力和影響力，能有效推動(dòng)各方達(dá)成共識(shí)。
