Data Analyst (DA) 10-15k·13薪

Objective of job: 

1. 作為DA講師，與培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)、迭代并交付面向業(yè)務(wù)用戶通用型數(shù)據(jù)分析培訓(xùn)課程體系及課件。

 2. 作為DA講師，跟蹤、輔導(dǎo)學(xué)員案例，最大化促進(jìn)案例上線率。 

3. 作為DA專家，參與并支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)分析項(xiàng)目交付，梳理功能性及非功能性需求，以對(duì)接方案交付，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作高效。 

Task description: 

1. 課程體系設(shè)計(jì)包括： - 數(shù)據(jù)分析方法論5W2H框架（例如：DAMA，職能角色，任務(wù)，分析方法，技能工具，實(shí)例分享，等） - 數(shù)據(jù)分析需求定義技能及模板（例如：指標(biāo)體系搭建，功能性需求，非功能性需求定義，等） - 數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)表可視化設(shè)計(jì)技能及展示模板（例如：報(bào)表頁(yè)面排版布局，配色，字體，等） - 數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)表實(shí)現(xiàn)（例如：數(shù)據(jù)獲取，清洗，建模，計(jì)算，等）

 2. 案例輔導(dǎo)包括： - 設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)員案例交付模板 - 輔導(dǎo)學(xué)員案例交付 

3. 項(xiàng)目交付支持包括： - 引導(dǎo)用戶清晰表達(dá)數(shù)據(jù)分析目標(biāo)及需求 - 交付數(shù)據(jù)分析需求文檔（含：指標(biāo)體系，功能性需求，非功能性需求框架及驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)） - 交付數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表原型設(shè)計(jì) - 協(xié)助方案交付團(tuán)隊(duì)理解需求，并跟進(jìn)方案的交付及落地（含：方案評(píng)估，測(cè)試，部署，等）
