【工作內(nèi)容】

- 負(fù)責(zé)收集、整理和分析各類數(shù)據(jù)，以支持公司決策制定。
- 使用統(tǒng)計學(xué)原理和方法，對業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進行深入分析，識別趨勢和模式。                                                              
- 制作定期的數(shù)據(jù)報告，包括但不限于月報、季報和年報，并向相關(guān)部門匯報分析結(jié)果。
- 協(xié)助其他部門理解數(shù)據(jù)背后的故事，為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、市場推廣等提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
- 參與改進現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)分析流程，提出提高效率和準(zhǔn)確性的建議。
- 對特定項目或問題進行專項研究，提供專業(yè)意見和解決方案。
【任職要求】
- 具備良好的數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)知識。
- 熟練掌握Excel、SPSS、R語言或Python等至少一種數(shù)據(jù)分析工具。
- 優(yōu)秀的邏輯思維能力和問題解決能力。
- 良好的溝通技巧，能夠清晰地表達復(fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù)概念。
- 對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，具有較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和團隊合作精神。

- 不限工作經(jīng)驗，歡迎應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或有志于從事數(shù)據(jù)分析工作的人員加入。
