工作內(nèi)容：

1、負責麗人行業(yè)運營，包括需求收集-方案設計-方案執(zhí)行-項目閉環(huán)總結，并沉淀為運營機制和產(chǎn)品工具。
2、多平臺經(jīng)營策略分析，分析商家經(jīng)營特征與經(jīng)營需求，挖掘機會點。
3、與產(chǎn)品、業(yè)務團隊深度協(xié)作，對策略有效落地，進行日常指標監(jiān)控，通過指標發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和機會，并制定相關解決方案。

崗位基本需求
崗位要求：
1、2年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析運營或行業(yè)運營經(jīng)驗，有項目閉環(huán)及分析能力。
2、有良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，需具備SQL技能，數(shù)據(jù)敏感度高，可以有效識別數(shù)據(jù)所代表的業(yè)務含義；
3、邏輯清晰，結果導向，具有較強的工作投入度及自驅力，能主動思考和推進工作；
4、具備較強的溝通協(xié)同能力，能自主統(tǒng)籌資源和協(xié)調(diào)相關方支持，有效識別項目風險。
5、了解本地生活交易類行業(yè)相關經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
