崗位職責(zé)：
1、資源分發(fā)：負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)注團(tuán)隊(duì)資源整合、調(diào)度運(yùn)營工作，依據(jù)不同項(xiàng)目需求配置合適的供應(yīng)商資源，協(xié)同業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)化資源項(xiàng)目。
2、策略運(yùn)營：協(xié)助優(yōu)化標(biāo)注團(tuán)隊(duì)現(xiàn)行資源匹配管理機(jī)制，設(shè)計(jì)和完善標(biāo)注團(tuán)隊(duì)培訓(xùn)成長路徑，提升標(biāo)注資源使用的效率及質(zhì)量。
3、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)：協(xié)助搭建標(biāo)注資源管理看板，設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)可行算法計(jì)算資源分配最優(yōu)策略，不斷提升項(xiàng)資匹配健康度，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源治理和智能化運(yùn)營。
4、供應(yīng)商結(jié)算：全面統(tǒng)籌所有外包月度結(jié)算，并對預(yù)算使用情況，成本精度做數(shù)據(jù)分析。
崗位要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，2年以上數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)注資源運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有大模型相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
2、邏輯性強(qiáng)，對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，具備扎實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)整理和分析能力（如精通excel函數(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)透視表或精通其他數(shù)分工具）；

3、強(qiáng)問題解決能力和跨團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)作能力，抗壓能力強(qiáng)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
